Andy Lovell / LUSH x Mother's Day
We are extremely pleased to share Andy Lovell's collaboration with LUSH Cosmetics to create these beautiful floral designs celebrating UK Mother's Day on the 26th March.
Andy's bold and expressive monoprints feature on a series of LUSH's signature knot-wraps. Their decision to work with Andy for this special project was based on his passion for nature, evident in all of his work and in his everyday artistic practice.
Commenting on the symbolic significance of blooms being the sole focus of his designs, Andy said, “It seems entirely appropriate to be depicting the purity, strength and beauty of these simple flowers as a metaphor for the qualities found in our marvellous mothers.”

AAAS hosted a recent gallery show, “Invisible, novel, and complex: A decade of visualizing science”, which was a 10-year retrospective show of visuals from Science magazine, being shown in their home office in Washington, DC. One of the highlights of the exhibit included a pair of pieces about Neurodegeneration by Simon Prades, originally commissioned for the October 2, 2020 issue of Science. Royal Shakespeare Company commissions Lisa Sheehan for B.F.G
Lisa had the pleasure of creating the artwork for The Royal Shakespeare's upcoming production of 'The BFG' (The Big Friendly Giant). The show, directed by Daniel Evans and adapted by Tom Wells is set to debut later this year.
Alan Kitching's mural to celebrate Mary Quant
Alan Kitching was commissioned by Cadogan Estate to create a mural in central London. The mural celebrates Mary Quant’s fashion work in the building in the 1960’s. Originally created in letterpress then translated into paint onto a 40ft wall by Will Impry. You can view the artwork on King’s Road near Duke of York Square in Chelsea, London.
